Returns

We want you to love your BARE by Charlie Holiday as much as we do, however, if you change your mind for any reason, we will accept a return on any full priced or sale items following the meet the below conditions:

 

Returns:
BARE by Charlie Holiday offers a 100% credit note or a refund for full priced items within 30 days of the purchase date. Orders placed using the ‘welcome’ discount code can also be returned for a refund.

Refunds are not applicable on sale or promotional items. You are welcome to return sale items for a store credit note. 

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. If you need an alternative size, please place a new order and then submit a return request for your initial purchase. Store credit's can be issued for this if preferred.

Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs. 

Return Criteria:
All returned items must be in a new/original, unwashed, unaltered, and unused condition, with all the original packaging and tags attached. Please note that if the items once returned are found to not be in original condition, worn, signs of scent or wear they will not be accepted.

Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, please email customercare@barebycharlieholiday.com so our customer care team can arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please also include clear photos to show the issue.

Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
